Extra notes (new): re-report (http://ec.vc-mp.co.uk/index.php?topic=3455.msg19051#msg19051). I don't know how is it possible to justify speed hacks with "It's just his poverty pc" if he doesn't fps lag or warp because of ping spikes, maybe it's a try to offer excuses to not ban him because of "some reasons". As for "keeping eyes on him", I've reported months ago with /report to some admin who said me the same thing and yet nothing happened (he either forgot or doesn't care until it's a report in this forum section, or he has "some reasons" not to do so), I don't believe someone who is barely active

will look out for him and I don't see a reason to do so because of obvious proof presented here.

I'm asking higher ranked and more experienced staff members to see this report.
