Disallowed range is 24 meters and closer, he was well beyond shotgun range.

the range on which i killed him is 30. somthing meters i dont think its close range and i just camped to his spawnloc due to delay tp i couldnt see him near me i was using rocket at loc ammu.

At the same time he killed me three times with rocket and his range was less than 30 unfortunately My BANDICAM was off so i can't record other one but When i ON my bandicam so he killed me again therefore in the video i said BAN because I know he's cheater he did RG at close range this one shoot was Lucky for him  that i can't record less than 30 ,And I'm sure you can't take any kind of action because you already in WK so who want's to ban his crew? btw . . .

Come with proper evidence of him using RPG in close range (24 meters or less), I don't want to hear excuses like "You won't do shit because WK".

Well its your headache that you don't have the proof that I used rg in less than 30 meters according to me I didn't use rocket at less 30 meters distance but if you are saying then you should provide proper evidence as Brian said .
