How to solve this fucking chinese virus?

I was going to download IDM with crack but unfortunately I downloaded the wrong file and now this fucking shit is occuring.
I'll be thankful if you do me favor and tell me this problem solution.

You've downloaded wrong and fatal virus'd. Its a kind of antivirus lmfao.
Simply from where you uninstall your programs go there and Uninstall this shit also :D Restart your PC if needed
