Okay so I wanted to get a haitian/cuban skin but instead it's saying that I can't choose one due to this shitty restriction. I want badly to get a cuban/haitian skin please remove it.

No at all. It'll just confuse everyone in the server. For example: You will be using medic team but your character will be haitian and you will be fighting against haitian, you can get an unfair adventage because haitians users may think you're using haitian skin instead of medic one, so I don't think should be implemented.

Seems quite true,but if you use medic and changed the skin to haitian for example the color of the original skin(medic) is already visible to players,like if iam using cuban and took medic my named will be colored yellow (cuban skin color),so i don't think  there is any problem do that but i am going with no.

Denied, it will just create confusion among the new players. If you like haitian skin, just spawn as haitian.
