NOTE: Same thing goes here: https://forum.vc-mp.org/?topic=3944.0

In this old case maybe today's still going, the mass of VCMP videos got false striked by this polish whore company: Online Copyrights Form.
This is mostly happened to users with monetization on.
Okay, so I warned them to stop striking my VCMP vids. and got this message:

recordings of graphical environments (also modified) games or images/graphics for which we have the copyright and/or property rights. We would like to declare,
that Online Copyrights Form has a license, copyrights and depending on the (reported) film, the authority to act on behalf of the owner recordings on management
of fields of exploitation and the publications of audiovisual contents.

You'd better watch out with them. Shit may happen to you aswell. My suggestion is to disable your monetization as fast you can and if you have already 2/1 strike, make your vids privately till' the strikes are gone.

Example of users that already have been striked so far:

-Seebbyy
-Ardealine
-KakaroT
-Radon (ME)
-Hanney

And after my channel got terminated, I replied to google and got this message:

Hi Radon,

When we're notified that a particular video uploaded to our site infringes another's copyright, we remove the material as the law requires. Federal law requires that we terminate accounts when they are found to repeatedly infringe copyright. Because you have had other videos removed because of copyright notifications in the past, we are unable to reinstate your account. Users with suspended or terminated accounts are prohibited from creating new accounts or accessing YouTube's community.
