I saw noire many times break server rules but i leave him when i kill him he was on spree he kicked me 3 times when a player break rule he must punished but a admin break rules the staff not saying him why you are breaking noires behavior in EC isnt good so plzzz take your eyes on him when he breaks rules

you play with more than 1000/704 ping and the admin has the right to you do kick you when you're playing with ping 1000/580 in the game.

Proof it instead of talking bullshit, kicking you for 1000+ ping spikes is not rule breaking.

Enough with this shit, neither xperthief didn't provide any evidence that he has a stable fps/ping that time, and stop with the personal grudges as we know brian is strict when it comes to ping/fps restriction which there's nothing wrong about that, there's no enough strong evidences here to prove guilty in this case.
