@Awaix: Considering the amount of people on the blips and the speed of your vehicle, it makes me uncertain about Lederhos evade. You claimed that you exploded Lederhos several time before that, may I see the footage where you exploded him several time?

What's the purpose of adding this then? I was expecting more valid proof to support your report and regardless to that i will end this report for it to be fair to everyone, lederhos will be issued a warn for his neglectful actions.

Edit: Sorry for the late response, facing internet problems but have it already fixed now.
