Since the owner of this video is me, I have to say something... That's not F1 (It seems), and not I'm not going to report it here ... this is simply a sample of what happens when you play downloading.

This boy is from Morocco, has a decent ping of 60-90, the problem of this guy is that lately he is playing downloading, he plays constantly in EC.

I've reported it several times there but nobody cares ... playing downloading causes your ping to rise and fall steadily which causes your speed to increase in a non-normal way sometimes and makes you unhitabble too, I have videos in which he seems to have F1 but it is due to his undesirable ping spikes which he does on purpose.

In the first second he did a move that seems to be like "speed-gear" but this is because of what I said above, can be, (no one knows if it's the opposite)
