I don't have any more evidence, he minimized the game when he got shot with spas then i quickly started recording nothing else if you don't believe me then you can deny this report thanks.

There was no activity of the player in logs displayed in your video, you video is in-competent due to the fact, you started recording from the point  where he was standing still with 60 HP, which maybe a evade or more likely he went somewhere for few minutes/seconds? and came back online to see you shooting him down to death. I recommend supportive evidence for further reports.
