I would apologize for being late due to i'm busy at university, i have no time checking on forum daily compared last time, Well regarding this report about Cosmetic Modification this is actually allowed i don't know about the other servers but i think it applies to all, removing tree leaves, bushes are allowed just to make it sure there's no transparent solid structure that they can't be penetrated that can't be allowed and other modifications such as wall modification that can't be seen in our naked eyes, and regarding crosshairs, HUD's mods it's basically allowed since it just change the way they like how it appears on their screen and even makes them more interested to play, but it will be still discuss about the rules it seems like it didn't clarify some of the players and lack of explanation to it. Stay tuned.
Edit: It will still be allowed for now.
