Racism/Discrimination
This includes racism/discrimination against a player's religion, country, region etc. Any players who join the server with racial or discriminating nicknames will also be punished with a kick and required to change their nickname. Failure to comply will result in a temporary or permanent ban.

The reason probably leo was banned on forum is because of his explicit words that's not supposed to be tolerated and for this report I don't even see myself as a racism as black is too general for all.
