Why should we unban you ?: this wasnt evade, it was a desync,every one in vcmp especially my clanmates know i have a really spikey ping, one moment its 100 and suddenly its 10000, thats exactly what happened there, my ping was spiking, if any of these two bothered to hit F5 or do /ping mimo they would've seen that it was over 6000 and that's why i froze, desync, now why would i evade, its a game and i dont really care if i die or kill, my k/d ratio sucks and i dont care for that, im not a rulebreaker and everyone knows that, its just my ping.
Extra note: ill try going through logs and find anything useful to prove that i wasnt evading, please re-consider your decision

posted 3 different logs that show it was a bad ping day, the reason for all of this was my ping.

We still didn't hear from the admin who banned Mimo. Jackes may have his own reasons for this ban, but I have a strong faith on Mimo for not doing what he is accused for, But I would suggest that it is possible thru scripts that player's who have alt-tabbed can be made less opaque/maybe you can put a hourglass hover over their head. This way it should be easier for the admins to do the jobs right against the pausers.

i already saw it, everyone did, and now im here with an unban app proving the opposite of what you think happened there.

Definitely Mimo needs to get better internet connection.

1.  As there was no reference made by kameena king towards checking Mimo's ping,this cannot be claimed as a intentional death evade.

2. Anyways, he died both times so I don't understand how it's called as a evade.

3. EC's policy towards severe lag is and ping spikes is deemed to be lenient as far as the ping checker and server rules go.

I'm sure the administration will these 3 points into consideration before final say into this matter. Mimo was never going to post his unban app because of bad feud between VU and EC as a server. But because we all want to change this, and work around so that the vcmp as whole and EC community benefits from this lot, he has posted this unban app. We had a discussion on this topic in detail as far as VU forum is concerned.

As for Mimo, I'd say that he should definitely work hard and try to get a decent Internet as it seems he is  struggling hard to get a picture of what's happening around him. This would in turn make server enjoyable for all the parties and especially himself.

I also noticed that there's a lot of reporting happening from all sides on minor issues which can be neglected if thought twice. It's the very same situation which I see when I play against DzmC and MD. They don't have the best ping either. Not to mention untimely timeouts. We all ignore these things and we definitely should. It's not that we will gain anything by getting you guys banned for a week or two. The same situation has happened against me when saim posted a report against me for death evading. I went in the corner, was not shot for a decent period of time and /q but the guy had to post the report. These reports add to nothing except to disharmony between players. I wish that players will take this fact into consideration.
