Hunting has right to post in the report: http://ec.vc-mp.co.uk/index.php?topic=5828 as he was a witness that can confirm the event. He posted some personal opinion which is not really helpful, but in the same post, he also included information about the event such as other witness nicks, explanation and confirmation about the event. So, it cant be counted as forum rule break and the reports you listed above are not valid, they will probably get denied by other admins as well, not only Brian.
