Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): It's very very important for the players who lost duels with a TIE. So i'm here to suggest you to add the following system:-

Wait 3 seconds after kill like 'Player1 has killed Player2" now player1 must wait 3 seconds to end the round and, it happens like this
*> GM.Human. killed GM.Aaron with an M4 to head. <*
*> GM.Aaron. killed GM.Human with an M4 to head. <*
GM.Human has won round 1 of duel against GM.Aaron, [ GM.Human. - 1 vs 0 - GM.Aaron ]
It irritates alot the people so i suggest you to add "Wait 3 seconds to end the round, if whiten 3 seconds the players didn't died together so the player who killed another player will be the winner.

Duel system is based on 1 kill per round. Hence, in a single round 2 kills can not be counted atm. And i guess counting 2 kills per round might also cause a problem. Although i'm agree if Human can do it as you want.

Yes, if player1 kills player2 whiten any tie so he will be winner in 3 SECONDS.

It can be tie. or the Server will ask players If you want some more rounds so tell /yes <rounds>
