After some discussion with Aaron we decided not to accept the suggestion( at least for now ). It's quite complicated, not in term of scripting but to make it consistent, avoid giving too much advantage and setting the suitable cost. As whole clan members can to use the skin and vehicle once it's bought by the clan..it's a quite a big & unfair advantage of players with clan over clanless players( moreover, there are already many other advantages of players with clan over clanless players ). Besides, the clans dont have fixed member count so we cant set cost by member count( it's not actually a good idea as the clan might grow and have more members later on ). There are other reasons, but the one we stated above is the main reason.

This suggestion will be denied for now..

As what Human said, we decided to reject this suggestion as the main point is being too much complicated as our priority in every implementations we make as to make it balance and not breaking its system, too much complications when me and human discussed regarding this matter, and probably most of the players will be more rich if this system.

Anyhow we're still making alternatives and coming up our own idea in support of this suggestion and more precedence in spending your cash as nowadays most players are well damn rich.
