It's the latest update to avoid ban message spam, you will be blocked from entering server if you keep rejoining when you are banned. You just need to wait 30 minutes without joining the server to get yourself unblocked.

I told you make an ban appeal bug report wont help you probably you are banned by someone for solving your problem i need info and i also told you but you just made a bug report

As side note,
Besides for ban, you will also get blocked for 30 mins if you keep rejoining with VPN or using invalid nicks( numbers only ). The solution is to wait 30 mins without entering server & if it still doesnt work, let us know..
