I'm sure that if this thing happened, he might have informed some staff member about it that he wanted to check something. And in this case, he can unban himself.

But he is do death evade huh.

This kind of stuff is very often caused when you try to kill someone through Molotov but unfortunately even you get the burns.
It's just a normal scenario and can't always be considered as death evade.

And about the reports thingy, we do not consider reports which are older than 1 week for this kind of cases, unless the report is for some aimlock or other stuff which cannot be neglected.
