The bug:when i go on irc this was written when i type any message see this in video:
Extra notes: plz fix it as fast as u can....or it is not a bug than tell me how to fix it....

You cannot send msgs from irc to server unless you have VIP package which gives you voiced rank on your account if you really want to use that feature you have to buy VIP package or donate through paypal for ec server.

It's not a bug, you must have at least voice(+) in IRC to be able to chat. To get voice, you can either be donator( donate money to server ), contributor( help server, it will be decided by management ) or VIP( you can buy VIP package in server using ECD, use /buyvip ). Make sure you set your irc account name using /ircname in server for  the bot to know which account you use for IRC, it will give voice to your account after you buy VIP. If you dont have IRC account, you must register the account first.
To register IRC account, connect to IRC and type /ns register or /msg nickserv register
To login to your irc account, connect to IRC and type /ns identify or /msg nickserv identify
