Date it happened: Few days ago.
The bug: Lost 10k ecd.
Extra notes: I received 10k+ ecd from a friend,i don't remember from whom because i didn't saw the chat when i received them as i was busy in playing, after sometime i noticed that my ecd are 10k+. I request to refund me ecd. Thanks.

You dont remember the 'friend' that gave you 10000 ECD ?

Anyway, i cant find any record that shows someone give you 10000 ECD. The most you get through /giveecd was only 2646 ECD from your clan mate on November 7, 2018 12:07:06 AM (GMT+08:00). After the date, records shows there were only 11 transactions to your account through /giveecd in which none of them exceed 500 ECD and the total dont even exceed 1000 ECD. You need to give more information if it's true, i need to know the nick you used, his nick and time if possible and how you got the ECD. You should check your chat log:

I don't find any logs but i think it is a bug, it has happened again my ecd decreased from 1.2k to 800(if no one gave me then maybe because of the bug i got 10k+ ecd).

There's no way anyone can get 10,000 ECD randomly without any reason. If you meant reward(which you should see in your chat log), you only got 5000 ECD reward  from Decent( not through /giveecd though ). You gave about 3500 ECD to [UFt]Zen and =DT=Abid  and spent them on duel..

If you want to claim your money, you need to give us more information and evidence because saying you lost money without giving any detail wont help you nor us.

Then how did i get 10k+ ecd? I can show you the logs where i was surprised and asking my friends that if they gave them to me.

I'm not sure, the transaction record of 10000 ECD to your account does not even exist in the log. I just know you got 5000 ECD from decent, but you gave 3500 ECD to your friends and spent the rest on duel. Well, maybe you only got 5000 ECD and the other half was actually yours ?

I cant say it's a bug, there's no way that one individual account to lose ECD without doing anything. If it's a script bug or database problem, everyone else would face the same thing because the script works the same for everyone. Maybe you used commands that cost you ECD or you lost ECD on betting/duel/event.

But until now, you havent give us any specific detail..no date, no evidence, nothing for us to look into, so there's not much i can do. I cant even confirm whether you really had 10000 ECD because it's not in the log and even yourself dont know who gave it to you, when you got it or how you got it. I will lock this topic if you dont have any more information or evidence to prove the bug. You can PM me when you have more information. You said you keep losing ECD on connects so i think it wont be a big problem for you..just keep track of your ECD using /cash so that you can prove it through your chat log when you really lose ECD.
