you did intentionally, you could do /lastpos off and accept then, instead of spawning and accepting

It was a mistake, that's all... I didn't have any intentions of evading in any type of case, if I really wanted to evade I could do it any how, not just via a command.

yes you could, but it would get you banned, this was your subtle method of death evading and getting away without being punished for the rulebreak
