The chance he meant was in your last appeal, he already told you in that topic.
Do you expect him to beg you to stop provoking ? Dont you realize you were being rude in the first place and you wanted him to beg you to get good answer ? That's just sick. Anyway, the action of provoking staff can be punished up to a week ban according 'Admin Guidelines' but staff dont usually take it seriously and give warn instead. The ban can be more than a week if you keep doing it after being told to stop. The staff are there to protect the server and keep it clean for the players themself, including you. They are not your maid so dont treat them like one.
The ban in server looks fine to me, but i dont agree with ban in forum which was perma ban( i think the heaviest ban should be months for the action you did ). I already adviced him about this a day back and as you were already unbanned in forum by him, i think this topic can be marked as solved.
As a reminder:
Dont break the rules and you wont face any problem. Most of the players that face problems are those that purposely break rules and expect light action to be taken by admins. If you purposely break the rules, dont ever expect for the staff to treat you nicely, it's their job to make sure the rules are being taken seriously by everyone and that's what will keep the rule breakers away for your own good. Either you like it or not, both side need each other.
