24 m is the allowed range in EC, as well as in the second video the rocket was shoted at a good range check the direction of the rocket it was you comming towards me and got hit by explosion effect not with the straight rrocket, if i had intensions to kill you with close range i was having more rockets too but i went back to avoid rule break.

the point where i hit was at good range from me but he was running at my side and he got hit by explosion effect, anyways after i found he is under the range i let him go without killing him.

 just get idea of the range from his first video it looks more closer than the second attempt but still its 24+ range,
