You were so far from the wall my intention was not to kill you via nade you guys were 2 and i was trying to throw nade at entrance to prevent you guys entry inside ammunation either way it was not done intentionally and i know rules very well

What Killer Frost has stated above seems to be true. In the video, I could see the bomb is exploded near the entrance. Moreover, that place is so congested. The video provided is not enough as evidence. We need more evidence which shows that he did it repeatedly and intentionally. I'll wait if you've something more to add.

Due to lack of evidence, no action will be taken agains't Killer Frost. However, I was informed from another guy about him breakng rule. Therefore, Killer Frost has been added in watch-list.
