You intentionally jumped into the water to drown yourselves to avoid getting killed, right ? That clears pretty much about the reason you got banned.

Btw, the death was not counted as kill, you were drowned (the msg can be seen at 0:14). He only got the assist score because he did some damage to you before you died. But him getting 'kill assist' score does not change the fact that you intentionally drowned yourselves to avoid getting killed, which is against the rule.
