[VU]Lederhos - Inappropriate use of /kick command

Extra notes: Today I entered the server to duel normally with the server's players, I saw that the administrator [VU]Lederhos started to run away when I started trying to kill him, finally when he killed me I spawned again, then he kicked me by calling my ping de trash. Now, I ask you, EC administrators, if you were a player with poor playing conditions and so on, wouldn't the player feel bad about being ridiculed for his condition? It is not the first time that Lederhos disrespects me, I tried to help him on another server and I was treated with extreme ignorance. It does not matter. I was kicked in less than 5 minutes for having a "trash ping". Does the server not have an auto-kick for players with an average ping of 500 ms? Was it to protect your spree? I didn't even have a chance to play.

After he killed me, my connection to the server dropped and came back in a few seconds, and i spawned again.

1st. I know there is a ping limit kick system, I know it man.

2nd. I started running away specially from you to avoid fighting you mate, your ping is completely unplayable. I am sorry to hear that somehow it's hard to get a decent connection for you, but at least have some responsibility when using it, not everybody is going to accept that lol.

3rd.  My screenshots say it all, your ping was not momentaneously spiking, it stayed in over 450 whole time, I always keep checking player's list to see if your ping is playable or not. This is not the first time I kick people for this, I have done it numerous times and only once got reported for it (Fi77_H0lder) and I replied the same. Try fixing your internet if possible, this may sound unfair for you, but pretty sure I'd be asked to kick you out if you had played against others as well, because your lag was unbearable.

In regular servers, when players have an extreme lag, they are normally kicked if ping system cannot and they don't report lol, this seems like an indirect request to players to stand your lag because it is like that, and that is it, but no, that's not the way it works.

I won't judge staff for the actions they have taken to improve the kicking system but even staff team knows that there should be some exceptions when it comes to cases like this.

After taking a look at the picture, seems like your ping was not only high but was also unstable. You should refrain yourself from playing when your ping is too high or unstable. In the mean time, you should stop anything else that are using your internet and if you are sharing internet, make sure they are not doing heavy task such as streaming video..etc.

About players with poor condition, we understand that some players are unable to change their condition. In fact, it's one of the factor that we had noted besides players' distance to the host before deciding the ping limit. We understood that a lot of the current players are either quite far from the host or dont have decent internet which is why the ping limit is high already, the ping for smooth gaming should be way below the current ping limit. Well, there are always pros and cons for every decision we have to make..

Anyway as reminder, admins are not allowed take action if players' ping is stable and below ping limit. Except it's suspected artificial/suspicious/intentional lag such as using third party tool or downloading while playing.
