Suggestion - Panel Account Registration & Three Main Accounts

Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): So here's me suggesting about the panel account registration because sometimes It's hard to handle the guys who join with offensive nicks or change their in-game nick just for ECDs purpose. Most of the rule-breaks are taking place in the server. It's useful and some of the advantages will be shown below.

- Hackers will no longer evade ban just as long as their account is not approved on the panel.
- Most of the offensive nick-names will not be registered in the server so everything will be moderated.
- Players will stick to their official nick-names instead of creating thousands of other accounts.

So let's talk about 'Three Main Accounts' suggestion. For the first suggestion above, this thing should be implemented too to avoid players creating bunch of accounts and they'll stick to three main nick-names.

But look at the advantages of this suggestion, players will no longer spam registering the new accounts but rather stick to their main accounts.

This will add more complicacy in the system. Although it has advantages on the administration side, but if you focus on player side, players need freedom of play. They don't want to be restricted from doing things they enjoy. Thus, this idea didn't work previously. Not even going to work now. That's what I think.

Well, there's no restriction against the players but it would be great if they manage only three main accounts. Players will have to use three accounts only, it would take a little bit time to get their account approved but this suggestion's one thing is good that it will avoid ban evaders.

I know the idea is great, we even had similar system (https://ec.vc-mp.net/index.php?topic=5406.msg42780#msg42780) that could have given advantage to both sides; the system allow players to list all their accounts, check their stats of each account in real-time and even switch account in-game without changing nick and rejoin. The admin dont have to do much work either since admin only need to approve one main account and then players can register as many accounts through the main account. The system was also capable for reducing ban evades because admin only need to ban one of the account, then server will block all related players' account to stop ban evades. But it did not work as well as we wanted. The thing is, players dont bother to change or adapt to new major changes. No matter how hard we try, it's not going to work if only one side try/play their role. That's why we decided not to do major changes anymore and only do minor updates from time to time..
