Why should we unban you ?:Well, it's been over 2 months since I've been banned here, due to an incident which took place in RTV Server, the incident which took place was as follows, my gta-vc.exe file had been corrupt somehow, I was receiving errors that gta-vc.exe has stopped working etc... and lyzor was requesting me to join KF server at that time, hence in the case of a hurry, I requested gta-vc.exe for him, expecting to receive the original file, but unfortunately I received a file which I thought was original, until one day I joined RTV and figured out it has some kind of aim hack embedded, but instead of finding a way to disable it, I decided to have some fun with it, which was completely my fault, I take responsibility of my actions, I had removed the file upon my ban, especially upon getting banned in vks and the ec community too, since I can assure you that I haven't made use of anything as such throughout ec during my years of playing here... except the whole phase where I was accused of distributing hacks and testing aimlock in the server, I never used it to gain unfair advantages against others, but I do understand that staff simply took caution and banned me since they got to know that I was in possession of that file, but I can assure you that my Vice City installation as of now is totally original, with no mods or anything as such, and I can assure you that you won't ever witness me using anything as such again, throughout any kind of vcmp community, it was a stupid mistake made by me which I accept.

As I said, I haven't broken any kind of rule in EC, my ban was mostly based upon RTV but I can assure you that you wont witness me making use of anything as such around here..

I hope I can be given a chance to rectify and redeem myself since I've had over 2 months to think about my actions, and I can assure you that you won't witness me breaking any kind of rule... I won't let you guys down.

well there's nothing to hide, decent had questioned me on this and I admitted connecting under the nick "nuts*" a few times, just for fun purposes, I didn't get caught at any point, I had even stopped, since I knew it wasn't a right thing to do, I do apologize for that, Decent had questioned me upon it after I stopped, and I openly confessed everything to him...

well, I believe if players like spitfire (no offence to him) can be given second chances, I don't see why a chance can't be considered for me tbh, my ban was pretty much based upon rtv, you guys may keep an eye upon me too, no problem, I can assure you that I won't be caught rulebreaking or hacking in any kind of way...

After discussing about you with in the staff, we have decided not to unban you. There are various reasons behind. As I had stated in your report, it's not the first time you've been banned for such reasons. We do not want to encourage server rule breakers to come, apply and have a chance of getting unbanned and, break the rules again.

I personally recommend you to be sincere with yourself and the stuffs around you in VCMP. If you apply again within 6 months, it'll be straight away rejected.
