Can you post full video? it should show your gameplay atleast 10 seconds before you entered the sphere..

I decided to buy a rocket and teleported to ammunation. He came in 2-3 seconds after me, and when he came close to me, when I realized he was going to do something, I started recording so I don't have the full one.

The video shows you teleporting to ammunition and it takes 5 seconds to enter in sphere. Main chat shows you're in sphere and have typed the cmd to buy rocket. Thus, Heinrich has been banned for intentionally killing in sphere while given immunity. As, he knew that python would only work when a player is immune.
