Im here requesting to you if you can add any new update for laggers players which always play with 50kbs of download im tired of play with guys which warps all day really   i no will say names here but its jard to play with they with that lag

Gogeta  & Vegito ( completely unhitable)
 Fulton (top 1 lag lord / lag master lagging with 130 ping (proof that he uses lag tool ) ,
 Risky(30fps + 190ping) 
laggot Hazard (640x400 resolution but he still warping like a rabbit )

No, we cant measure player's internet speed nor accurately measure packet loss (which is one of the reason you see players with lower ping but lagging harder than high pingers). Anyway, high packet loss does not necessarily means it's a hack, there could be also be other reasons.
