- Shoot default spawn position
   Explanation: Intentionally shoot/kill player that spawn at default spawn position( not diepos/spawnloc )

You need to understand this. Spawn killing is not allowed. But, you can wait for the player to spawn, run a bit away and then engage in a fight. Basically, spawn camping is allowed. That is, staying at the place of player's spawn TILL he/she is in position of fight.
