Duel System You can have a duel with any registered player in the server using the
/duel <player> <arenaID> <bet(ECD)> <rounds> command. However, it's up to them whether to reject or accept your duel request. The duel will be done in either arena ID 1, 2, 3..etc depends on the player. The ECD( as bet ) will be taken from the account of yours and your opponent before the duel starts. You will not get the ECDs back except you win the duel or if it's a draw. All the reward will be given to the duel winner, so if you lost, you will get nothing. The other players can also watch the live-duel using
/watch command. They will be sent outside of the duel arena(outside of the cage) to watch the game without interfering the fighters.
Update #1: The players can also place their bet on the duel using
/betduel <fighter> <cash>. The the minimum of bet is 50 ECD and maximum 300 ECD. The reward will given equally to players that win the bet..
Minigame/Events System Beside normal DM, there are also minigames and events that can be started by the players. They are fully handled by server and can be run without any help from admin using
/startevent <event codename> <entrance fee> cmd. E.g:
/startevent tt 300. The event can only be started every 30 minutes, so make sure you wait until more players online because the entrace fee will be added to the pool and they will be given to the winners equally. So more participant means more reward the winners will get. There are currently 9 different minigames scripted into the server, they are:
- The Transporter(TT): A challenging vehicle race, the players must send the package( briefcase ) before the time out using vehicles provided by server, they are randomized for each event. Only the first few players will be rewarded( depends on the count of players that take part in the event )
- The Psychopath(TP): A survival game, you will be dropped in a hedge maze with a psychopath holding chainsaw. There's no way out, you must survive from the psychopath to win the game. You are given 2 choices, whether to run and hide or kill him with a Colt .47 and it's all depends on you.
- The Agent(TA): A stealth game, one agent will be selected from the participants. The agent's mission is to kill or bypass the guards and steal a briefcase containing classified informations. The event will end as soon the briefcase is stolen but the work wont be that easy as the guards are placed all over the area. Even though, the agent is given another advantages, which hidden from the radar and equipped with more weapons. Make a wise plan, use the advantage and your skills to win the event.
- Vehicle Fight(VF): A vehicle fight/derby game. It's a common game in SAMP/VCMP, the main mission is to be the last driver who survive. The vehicle model is chosen randomly by server, so each event might give you different experience. Make sure you dont leave the arena or exit the vehicle, otherwise you will be disquallified from the event.
- Last Man Standing(LMS): A classic gun fight survival game. It's also a common game in SAMP/VCMP. The players will be given weapons selected by the event starter or chosen randomly by server to survive and be The Last man Standing. Only the last survivor will be given rewards.
- Protect The VIP(PTV): A game of 2 teams, which is Terrorists and bodyguards with VIP. The bodyguard's job is protect the VIP, while the terrorist must kill the VIP before he finish his specific missions. The VIP has to complete his own mission which is to take a briefcase at Ocean Beach Hotel and safely travel to Safe Zone. Be creative and create your own strategies to win the event.
- The Shooter(TS): A game of shooting, but via vehicle. Unlike derby, all vehicle in this event will be equipped with a rocket launcher that can be fired using X key. Your main mission is to blow other vehicles off and be the last driver who survive.

- Kill Quotes(KQ): A game of two teams, red and blue. Both team will start with most powerful weapon in the list and automatically switched to weaker weapon every time a kill quote is reached. The leading team will slowly getting disadvantages & their job is to maintain their performance and stop opponent team from getting more score. The team with most score after the time out or reach the target score first will win the game.
- Gang War(GW): This is a classic deathmatch between 2 teams, which are team blue and team red. The game will be running for 10 minutes and any players can join until the game end. The team with most score when the time is out will win the game.
The event might looks simple as it's just a short briefing, but it wont be as easy as you might think. You will be playing with real players, each players might have different strategies, skills and creativity to win the event. So, be creative, smart and use your skills to win the game..
EC Webstats I have realized that many players dont know about the webstats much. Anyway, the link to webstats is:

In the webstats, you can see and search player's account( player's information including bodypart and wepstats ), ban list( ban information ), country statistic, clan list( clan's information including member list and clan statistics ), list of staff/contributor/VIP and the Top Players/Clans/Countries.
The webstats could also help you find your old account when you forgot your full account name. You can search accounts by using keyword. Example: if my nick was 'JUS7_T3St1ng'. I could just search for 'JUS7' and the webstats will list all accounts that contain the word 'JUS7'. For a side note: most of the 'Find/Search' boxes in the webstats work the same way and you can search just by using keywords, even for the country and clans. I'm writing this as many players PMed me about losing accounts while he just misspelled few characters in the nick while joining the server.
Clan SystemThe registered players are allowed to start their own clan in this server, but they must first fill the requirement and format as shown in:

http://ec.vc-mp.net/index.php?board=10.0 board. After your clan is registered, you can manage it using
/clan command in server. The command allow you to add member, kick member, check member list, set member's level or remove the clan from server. The higher your level in the clan, the more access you will have in the
/clan command. You can get more information here:
http://ec.vc-mp.net/index.php?topic=290.msg2486#msg2486ECD System Every players will have their own bank account once they've registered in server. To keep your ECD safe, you may deposit them into your bank account using
/deposit <amount>. To withdraw the ECD, you may use
/withdraw <amount>. However, you must be in either bank or at ATM, located in side North Point Mall to use the commands. Be noted, you will lose some of your ECD from your pocket when you die or when you use commands( such as teleport/heal/buy vehicles/vip package - You will receive some discount when using other cmds if you bought VIP package ). Your ECD in bank will wont be touched by server, but you cant use commands with your bank balance, so you still have to withdraw your ECD and keep some of them with you to use commands in server. You can also give/donate your ECD to the other player using
/giveecd <player> <amount/all> and once again, it will not take any ECD from your bank balance, but only the ECD in your hand.
Vehicle SystemThe registered players can purchase any vehicle models in server from the Sunshine Autos. You can use
/buycar <model name/model ID> to request the vehicle model you wanted from Sunshine Autos or just type
/buycar if you are already in a vehicle with the vehicle model you wanted to buy. The command will start a vehicle purchasing deal with Sunshine Autos, showing you the cost of the vehicle. If you agreed with the deal, you may use
/purchase. If you want different vehicle model, just use
/buycar <model name/model ID> again as it will cancel the previous deal and start a new one or you may also use
/canceldeal if you are not planning to buy another vehicle model. After you buy the vehicle, you can change its color using
/vcolor <color1> <color2-optional> at PayNSpray shop or spawn it using
/getcar <vehicle id>. You may use
/mycars to see the list of the cars you bought with its ID. The vehicles you bought can also be shared with other players using
/sharecar. You can buy as many vehicles you want from the Sunshine Autos, there's no limit as the vehicle system was already scripted to handle the unlimited vehicles efficiently, not to reach VCMP's limit. If you want to sell your vehicle, you may use
/sellcar.
Besides Sunshine Autos, you can also make a deal with other player to trade their vehicle. Use your persuasion skill to get them trade their vehicle for cheaper price. Only the vehicle owner can trade their vehicle, using
/tradeveh <vehicle ID> <player> <cost(ECD)> command
If you dont want to buy a vehicle, you can also rent them using
/rentveh. The command allows you to rent any vehicle model with cheaper price. However, the vehicle is not permanent and you will lose it when you leave the server or after it's exploded. You cant change the vehicle color nor spawn it either. So, you should decide wisely before using the command.
Other FeaturesSession StatsSession stats are based on monthly stats and resets every new month (E.g. January has 31 days, September 30 days). The server will choose the best players and clans for each month. The players with most points will be awarded with MVP Badges (Most Valuable Player badge), get the Monthly Top Player rank in forum and being listed in 'MVP and Top Clans of the month' topic that are posted every month in forum. The clan with most points will get Clan of the Month award and get listed in to 'MVP and Top Clans of the month' topic.
Day StatsDay stats are 24 hours stats, it is based on server time. Unlike session stats, day stats are only meant for players to asseses their own daily skill improvement. They are not suitable for comparison with other players since different players might come from different time zone/playing time so the points will differ.
Suicide VestYou may buy Suicide Vest using
/buysvest at Phil's Place, it is marked with a Crosshair icon in the radar. You will be armed with the a Suicide Vest and your weapon will be revoked once you buy the vest. You can detonate the bomb using the X key on your keyboard, it will create a massive explosion and kill everyone near you. But, use it wisely as you will also die so dont ruin your stats except you could kill many players with the explosion.
Hydra BombersYou can load bomb into hydra by using
/loadbomb. To use the cmd, you must stand within a sphere at Escobar International Airport, it is marked as dark red knife icon in your radar/map. Your hydra will be loaded with 3 bombs and they can be released by pressing X.
Artillery StrikesYou can request artillery strike using
/strike command
Attack DronesYou can buy drone by using
/buydrone. To use the cmd, you must stand within a sphere located inside Tooled Up shop at North Point Mall. The sphere is marked as dark red Knife icon in your radar/map. You will be given one drone that can be released to target specific player using
/spawndrone. The drone will automatically locate and destruct itself near your target, causing a lot of damage or even kill the target.
Roaming DronesThere are also drones roaming around the map that contain special items. The drones will have 'beeping' sound and light on night. To get the special item, you must first shoot and destroy them for the items to be dropped. But, be noted that they will not stay still when they get shot, they will shoot you back with rockets.
Mystery Boxes There are mystery boxes dropped around the Vice City, it contain random prizes( including VIP package, minigun, hp addon..etc ) or even a trap, it depends on your luck. You can find the mystery box using the help from command,
/mystery - It will give you the information about district name, distance and cardinal direction to the mystery box.
Crate Island The island is only accessable via boat or heli/plane. The island holds mystery crates which contain unique weapons. The player can loot the crates to pick the weapons. But the crates are only dropped once in a while and you may need to fight other players to get them, When the crates are about to be dropped, you will hear airplane sound and a 'Question mark (?)' icon will appear at the island. You will need at least two players to loot the cates.
Badges and ranksYou are given special weapon skins and bages every time you unlock new ranks. More information here:

Buy SkinYou can buy other skins using
/buyskin <skin ID> at a clothing store in North Point Mall, also marked with Clothing Store icon in your radar. You can try different skins by using
/buyskin <skin ID> before buying them with
/buyskin <skin ID> <duration(hour) - Example:
/buyskin 20 720 to buy skin ID 20 for 720 hours (30 days)
Buy Weapons The unique and powerful weapons are not free, unlike normal weapons that you can get from
/wep with no cost. The powerful weapons( such as Rocket Launcher, Remote Grenade, Mossberg Shotgun, Spike..etc ) can be bought at Ammu-Nation around the city, especially at Downtown. You must enter the Sphere and use
/buywep <wep name> to buy these weapons.
Weapons inventory With the weapon inventory, you can store the special weapons that you bought from ammu-nation or picked up at Crate Island to avoid them getting dropped/lost as you leave server or die. The donators will have their weapon automatically stored into their wep inventory as they die/leave server but for non-donators, they must store the weapons manually using command. You can store weapons using
/storewep or take it back using
/usewep. You can check the list of weps in your inventory using
/myweps.
Scoreboard & Current standing
The scoreboards is based on the stats per join (the kills, deaths, ratio and rank); they get reset everytime you rejoin. The headshots, longest spree and drones killed are however based on your total stats,
The current standing is based on the points per join (1 kills = +2, assist = +1, deaths = -1). Your nick will be announced when you get to top #1.

https://ec.vc-mp.net/index.php?topic=9652.0Anti Cheat/Rule-Break There are few anti-cheat/anti-glitch scripted into the server, even though it's not perfect or could detect all kind of rule-break but it did quite well so far in helping us to solve some of the reports with the logs it provided. Im not going to explain further about it here. But, play fair to avoid getting yourselve into troubles.
Spawn-Related- Spawnwep: You can also set your own cusom spawn weapon using
/spawnwep <weapon names/del>. Example:
/spawnwep m4 stu m6 - It will set your spawn weapon as M4, Stubby Shotgun and M60. To delete your custom spawn weapon, use
/spawnwep del- Spawnloc: You can also set a custom spawn location using
/spawnloc <set/del>. You can use any saved locs via
/saveloc as your spawn position using
/spawnloc <set> <loc name> or set the current position you are standing as your spawn location using
/spawnloc set. To delete your custom spawnloc, use
/spawnloc del- DiePos: This command allow you to set your spawn position as the last position you were killed by other player, using
/diepos <on/off>. Be noted, it will take some of your cash( around $20 ) on every spawn.
- AutoSpawn: This command allow you to enable or disable auto-spawn using
/aspawn <on/off>. If it's turned on, you will automatically get spawned as soon you as die, with the skin you had used previously.
- SpawnSkin: You can also use skins that are not added in server by using
/spawnskin <skin ID>, but you must buy the skins first. They are sold at Clothing Store at North Point Mall, marked as Clothing Store in radar. Read more about 'Buy Skin' written above.
- Spawn protection: You will be given full immunity after spawning to avoid spawn-kill. The spawn protection will be deactivated after 5 seconds..
There are still many other minor features/commands unlisted here and i might update it accordingly, when i have time. I just got a week break and i will be inactive again starting next week. So, you may join and check the full command list using /cmds in server. Don't forget to check the script changelog, it contain alot of information about changes in server and webstats:
