Reason for reporting:Lag tool or something like that, I couldnt understand his movements

Extra notes:we were dueling,I have looked at fps and ping many times of him and mine but no increase. I think it needs to be evaluated

i think it's EC's problem, i dueled some guy called "snap" and he was teleporting same as clucky in this video

I remember that you got kicked while dueling with him bro,it was your ping issue probably. i dont think its about EC,After he timedout(fake timeout) he came to server and i made him easy x7 https://youtu.be/VjxAyr62GKs,I think he used something.
