Modding suggestion for top clans
1. add car txd for top clans in !topclans
2. since there are so many cars, allow each top clan to choose three vehicles for which they will have custom car skin on it
3. it will work same as weapon skin system
4. every clan's leader will provide their three custom car txds to server dev
5. only clan members will be able to set that specific txd on the vehicle selected by clan leader
6. It would look so cool for clans to have vehicles with custom number plates or clan name written on car's front
since it doesnt effect DM and might require a lot of work you should make a it a donator perk, it might encourage players to put some colors and tags on their cars. but if you were to make it perk, allow donator of a specific clan to choose cars and provide their txds besides clan leader.
or maybe an even better idea to replace point 2, instead of three cars, allow a clan to have custom car txds as many as donators that it have, for example if a clan have 4-5 donators, they can add 4-5 car txd for them and their clan members etc.
last but not least: some rules for this suggestion, donators can add cars for their clans sure but only leader should be able to remove/disable the skin. Another rule should be made about replacing/changing car txd, maybe allow clan leaders to change car skin every six months, or you can make it a perk too, like for example if a clan have 3+ donatora they can request a skin change anytime they want.

Extra notes:
This feature should be implemented as it will increase playercount in server by encouraging new clans to get to the toplist by playing server regularly as well as big clans to give donations to reprenst themselves on the EC map
I also have another perk related suggestion similar to this but I will share if this one gets accepted.
