Solved [U1]Mixer - Death Evade x5 time

Reason for reporting: Death evade via using grenades
Evidence:(Screenshots, videos..etc)
Extra notes: he was using nades to evade in porpuse, PussyD was shooting him with m60 ok, but his hp was below 40 and the grenade was going to kill him even without the m60 shoot, he did this a lot of times, and he have around 10 reports for this only in this week, admins should ban him for 1 or 3 months,,,
As you can verify in this image, he throwed his grenade to the wall and ran to his own nade to die in porpuse

I made a mistake, I thought I threw the grenade too far back and that's why I ran around and died.  It was not intentional.

He was warned by sana already and if he repeats the same action then he’ll get ban next time. Solved
