Boker shooted him with m4 first, but his head didn't cut due to pause, then he shooted him with spas and still no damage.

Boker wasn't even spawned, and Razaq Monir paused there when nobody's shooting at him nor he evaded his death. Boker spawned later if you check your video in slow speed.
