Encountered with this report before, as what he did it's not intentionally done for him to evade, he wasn't aware that he's at the peak of the building as he was about to jump without knowing that cause him to fall, for now a warn will be enough for him to make him aware.

Edit: After i warn him he has exceeded the warn limit which is 3/3 resulting for a temp ban for 3 days.
