Extra: reopening this report because  i was there he was using speed or may be jump hacks not hp hacks

in the start watch it out something wrong with him he jumps fastly and get spawn from other place.

After further discussion it was decided to deny this report as there's no enough evidence shown, unless a proper one will be provided, actions will be changed in that manner
