I think you are using windows xp
Change it to windows 7 or 8 both are best with my experience hope it will help you

Have you checked /diepos command ? you should try turning it off and on again.

Notes:-
1. It will only works if you were killed by other player, it wont work if you were drowned or committed suicide.
2. It wont work if the cash in your hand is below $50 - it takes $50 everytime you spawn while having the cmd enabled.
