Lol guys, I didn't see all the replies till now, however thanks for the help, highly appreciated. Someguy from windows is helping me, the problem was in d3dcompiler_46.dll and xinput_9_1_0.dll I already fixed that 0xc000007b shit. I fixed it using Dependency Walker 64bits deleting those files which were fucked up and reinstalling them from a safe website. Anyways actually I've a new issue which is 0xc0000142 but i'm in good hands with that microsoft guy, when I get all the shit fixed out i'll stick this. It may help other players too.
