F1 button
« on: June 08, 2016, 04:14:11 am »
Suggestion for: Server
Your suggestion: Add some full-screen stuff to appear after pressing F1. So if player presses F1 (tries to activate shit) he gets, for example, full-screen picture of "NO HACK DUDE" or some full-screen GUI, so player will be barely able to play while F1 is on. Second pressure on F1 should deactivate full-screen stuff (among with F1).

That is even possible?
Also wouldn't there be people who can bind that key to a different button and just continue on playing with it?

Could be useful and useless at the same time. As mentioned above players may rebind f1 key to another button and also if a player gets knocked down he will turn on f1 and he knows the timing when player wakes up and will turn it off. And I am sure there are many other ways to still use f1. Anyways implementing this will prevent many of newbies from using it, who have no idea how to use f1 in other ways.

I agree, as stated by KakaroT, the newbies can't use it, the one who doesn't have knowledge of it.
