I got some more evidence of this guy intentionally FPS adjusting to 10 FPS.

He is a newbie. I do not believe he's trying to adjust his fps. He may have an old pc, however, I'd like to see brian's footage too, so i'll leave this open to see brian's video.

He's a regular, not a newbie.
He broke several rules in EC in his time playing, including impostering, deathevading and banevading.

He's perfectly capable to run the game at a constant 60 FPS.

Was scrolling through my recorded videos from April, got some more evidence of this guy deathevading and artificial lag.
Will upload and post shortly.

Note that if it was a crash he would have walked forwards for at least 7 seconds.
He simply alt tabbed and used task manager to end VC.
