Death-evading This includes all attempts to avoid being killed with unfair way. Example: Drowning yourself or jumping off of a roof at low health to commit suicide during a fight, or using /quit( /q ) or /kill whilst fighting an enemy and/or after being knocked down. All these are punishable with a temp-ban.

So you're not contented with the explanation, as far you have admitted your mistakes it could help, the reason he was issued only a warn is it was an honest mistake he did and not intentionally done, depending on the case, all evades can be considerable as you have a valid reason behind it, no one is treated special here just to let you know, if there is, i could deny that report but for fairness he was instead issue a warn.

A ban is the heaviest punishment for the rule break of death-evade, the lighter punishment is a warn. Normally, the player will get a ban if he intentionally does death-evade, a clear death-evade( such as quit from the server, commit suicide when HP low/knocked on the ground..etc ) and/or if he was caught breaking server rules( especially death-evade ) multiple time before the report. You can read the explanation from Aaron, i guess it's enough.
