We come here for the enjoyment not for recording each and every moment neither i have a good pc to record every moment  .

Well when you have spawned a car after that when it disappers in this small bit before try to enter in vehicle when it disappears it will lead you to where it has his own default position. Check that bug.

I gave evidence but they didnt accept it due to it was recorded in other server .

So MD619 was banned for  3 days for suspected reason of "hacking"?
that's not fair.
He should've been banned for up to 8 days.
He came with an unban appeal now just the same  as he replied in this topic: http://ec.vc-mp.co.uk/index.php?topic=4477.0
whats the point in writing an unban appeal? you should apologize for your hacking then talk , but admins have made mistake.
u shouldve been banned for up to at least 8 days again not for only 3 days.

Insufficient evidence given, and the reason why only 3 days was given is it can be a possibility that it is a bug but however we need a valid proof that it really happened in md619 case nor we can't deny that report without any explanation why.

Can't take action in this appeal, It's just 3 days.
