Well, Its not any kind of vpn or anyother thing that you can consider it. Its my ISP bug as I told that bug to [SS]Lederhos and idk much about ip etc but yeah its an isp bug happened with my other friend ( Devilkiller ) who also had connected from hungry. IDK how to give evidence to prove it is not vpn, but I think admins have enough resources to check whether it is bug or a vpn.
