You provoked him to do so, I don't see it's his fault, you simply ran inside office at low hp and then stand inside showing up your body to him, a warn can be issued against him as he actually broke a rule but because you provoked him to do so, I don't think so it's a valid report at the first place.
Also provide logs about me insulting your country at your report at that time too,thx.
