Hey guys can anyone tell me which .net framework works at every software i have alot of things every single thing needs other .net framework what can i do????

Depends on the software. If any of the software that you're installing requires NET framework 3.5, you'll need to install NET framework's previous versions too. You cannot just directly install a latest version without installing older versions.
Just install all the versions of NET framework. Hope that helps
