The bug:Hi all the buy is For rent car if We type /rentcar it say that you cant Rent you own vehicle

i type /rentcar it shows that you must be in rustler orin ferarii and says you dont rent you own vehcile

There was a conflict between /rentcar from players and rentcar for custom vehicle.
I've done some changes, let me know if it is still not working.

The commands:
To rent from players: /rentcar or /rentveh

To rent custom vehicles( ferrari, rustler, hydra ): /rentccar or /rentcveh
-  You must be in the custom vehicle to rent it

The command is /rentveh <vehicle ID> <days> <ECD>
You dont have to add player's nick, the vehicle ID is unique and server can find the vehicle owner on its own. You can get the vehicle ID from /playercars <player> and the vehicle's owner must be online when you use the command.

If you want to rent vehicle ID 2002, just type /rentcar 2002 <days you want to rent> <full payment( in ECD )>

Example: /rentcar 2002 7 5
You will rent vehicle ID 2002 for 7 days and you will pay 5 ECD for that, if the vehicle owner accept it.
