What you can offer to server being a staff member:I can prefer many things such as, I can work hard to clean the server from abuses ( which makes most of the players to leave the community or leave the server), I can do anything I can for the betterment of the server. I can make the server to go on a smooth and good way! and most importantly, can keep the server clean from laggers/hackers. 
Any Experience Past/Present? Yup. I had 2 months adminship in some of new servers in the past. I cant tell names because I can't remember, sorry. . Btw, I know all the server rules perfectly.
