The bug: i don't know admin lock my reports but i remove My reports How see this video and see  :o :o :o :o

Thats not a bug. Topic starters have got the permission to lock and remove their own topic.

By tomorrow, these permissions will be removed and only selected staff will be able lock / remove a topic.

Permissions to lock and remove their own topic for forum members, donators and contributors have been removed. Now, they can not lock/remove their own topic. Kindly ask any EC staff member to do it for you in near future.
