Okay. Without any further delay in the decision, ending up the report here.

In the screenshots, its quite clear he is speaking Turkish language which shows he isn't speaking with you but with someone else who knows Turkish. And, As You can not provide full logs, it is being difficult to understand why would he abuse you. By the clarification provided by Tic, it seems acceptable that he was talking to Kuzey. Hence, Kuzey should have reported instead.

@Tic , try to be polite with your friends. Moreover, Speak in English while you are in server. So that no such situation occurs.
